Four Bedroom Home Close to the Stadium

Location was great - easy drive to UT and restaurants. Grocery store within walking distance. Overall house was very nice and clean. Few things to note was the floor could have been cleaner (socks got dirty). Everything else was nice and clean. There are 2 steps down that are really hard to see. The floor blends so hard to see especially later in the day when lighting is not as good. Several of us tripped over this . There is a small red and white tape but I would suggest making it other while way and a bit wider. Owner was good at communicating.

Nice house in great area. Close to stadium, port and more. Well stocked annd quiet safe neighborhood. Eat at the local Cuban restaurant-yum!

There were no handrails in showers, shower floor was very slippery and we reported a critter was in the bedroom ceiling keeping the occupant of that bedroom awake but no one came and that occupant had to drive home to Tennessee without getting a goods night sleep...

The house is more spacious than the pictures let on. It was clean and the owner kept good contact and communication with me. I personally slept in the master bed and it was very comfortable.

Stayed here with our 2 young kids as home base for spring break. Great location for spring training and Legoland. The house had everything we needed and more! Quiet street, centrally located, and plenty of space indoors and out. Would definitely stay here again!
